- A. Narasimha Alse was born in Udipi in coastal Karnataka, southern India. Udipi is famous for Lord Krishna's temple. Born in a family of illustrious astrologers he had his initiation into astrology from none other than his father an eminent astrologer - A. Ramakrishana Alse.
- Retiring from a hectic Corporate Public Sector life, Mr. Alse practices vedic astrology and is a speaker in many astrological conferences in the US.
